Day 57 Boonville to Long Lake

You can skip this video (and the next) if you want. The camera was stuck on me after an sd card swap.

There are days that you would not pick. You wouldn’t choose to head out on a ride on a cold rainy day, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t lessons to be learned and experiences to be enjoyed. It was cold, it was rainy, but along the way I found a bike shop to buy a pair of winter gloves. I enjoyed the solitude of quiet roads, the beauty of nature, and the satisfaction of having the resilience to work through the trials and enjoy the scenery and journey along the way.

  1. Dang, Dan, you’re getting close! I’ve always liked you, but have so much respect and admiration after riding (from the comfort of my living room) along with you. Very inspiring!
