Westward bound 
It’s hot! 
And windy 
Three interesting little topics for today. First a big smilestone today. I crossed over 1000 miles since I started my journey!! Second, I met a westbound cyclist David Silverman (davidbsilverman on Instagram) who started in Long Island New York. We exchanged information and contact info then had to head off in opposite directions. He will be in glacier in two days or so. He’s been fighting headwinds for the past three or four days in this heat and he looked pretty tired but still moving along with a great attitude. The third thing is it was hot (109 on my Garmin) (that’s all there is to say about that).
